sterner1: Ladies and Gentlemen This topic is open for anybody who wants to practice the English grammar. It is well known that people often overlook their errors in writing and a fresh eye of someone else may come in handy. Please feel free to post your pieces of writing and I am sure you would get a friendly feedback. People of any level of proficiency are encouraged to participate. There is a common expression " the soup of the day" which means the soup offered by a restaurant on a particular day. "the second course " is OK but not as common as "main course". XXL: 0.25

I meant one dialogue,so it's not plural. It's also uncorrect to write that you would like a table by the window......Nobody says like this,doesn't matter if you are going to sit at it or to dance on it.It's still not correct.But anyway,have a nice day.

Please note that "uncorrect" is wrong. It should be incorrect. Also it is perfectly OK to say " I would like a table by the window". People say this way all the time, at least in English speaking countries.

Can you find them? Please ignore spelling mistakes. Actually we all should say thank you to Mr XXL for joining us. Since he came we have been having plenty of materials to practice on.
XXL: sterner1 it's easy to be smart siting on the other side of the Net...why does it take you so long to find some mistakes?I bet you sit full of books and with a dictionary in your hands, trying to find something that you could pass off as a mistake,something that satisfies your low self-esteem...It's easy to be a hero on the forum pages, being a failure in reality.There is no need to comment my message(your opinion means nothing for me),I'm not going to spend my spare time arguing with you.Have a nice day.
